These cover the website. They do not cover a booking — that is a separate signed document, and where the two disagree, the signed one wins.

Who this is
This website is operated by Ijalyan Production, a California company based in Burbank. “We” and “us” mean that company; “you” means whoever is using the site.
Using the site
Read it, share it, quote it, print it. What you may not do is scrape it wholesale, republish the photographs, misrepresent yourself as us, or attempt to reach the parts of it that are plainly private — the admin, the API, the performer waiver, and the signing links sent to clients. Those are not puzzles.
An inquiry is not a booking
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices are not published because no two events are the same. Sending the inquiry form starts a conversation; it does not hold a date, reserve a performer, or create a contract. A booking exists when an invoice has been issued and signed, and the terms of that booking are the ones printed on it — deposit, balance, cancellation — not the ones on this page.
Quotes and availability
A quote is valid for the period stated on it, or thirty days if it states none. Dates are held only once a deposit has been received. Performer line-ups are booked to a standard and a specification, not to a named individual, unless the invoice names one: illness and travel happen, and we substitute like for like rather than cancel.
Applications
Applications from performers and vendors are read personally and are not automated decisions. Submitting one creates no employment relationship, no engagement, and no promise of work. What you send us — photographs, résumés, a signed waiver — is held under the privacy policy and is used to consider you for bookings, nothing else.
Photographs, film and copyright
Every photograph and film on this site was made by or for us and belongs to us or to the photographer who made it. Performers appear with their agreement. None of it may be reproduced, retouched, trained on as a dataset, or used to advertise anything that is not ours, without written permission. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, write to us with enough detail to find it and we will act on it promptly.
Third parties
The site links to Instagram and TikTok and nothing else. What happens on those services is governed by their terms, not ours.
No warranty on the website itself
We keep this site accurate and available, and we do not promise it will be either at every moment. Copy changes, services are added and retired, and hosting occasionally fails. Where something here conflicts with a signed booking document, the signed document wins.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, for the thing complained of. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. A dispute that cannot be settled between us belongs to the state and federal courts sitting in Los Angeles County, California, and both of us agree to that.
Changes
We update these terms when the site or the business changes, and the date below says when we last did. Continuing to use the site after that is how you accept the current version.
