Full Event Production
You describe the night. We design it, cast it, build it, run it, and strike it — and you get one team to hold accountable for all of it.
Full production is the version of this business we are proudest of. It starts with a conversation about what the night is supposed to feel like, and ends with a truck pulling away at 2am while you are still being told it was the best event anyone had been to. Everything in between — the design, the casting, the build, the cueing — is ours.
In practice that means a creative direction document, a cast list, a stage and lighting plot, a sound design, a vendor roster, and a run-of-show that gets rehearsed. It means our crew loading in at noon and our producer standing at the back of the room at nine calling the show. It means the aerialist knows her cue because the same person who booked her is the person calling it.
The scale ranges widely. We have produced 40-guest rooftop dinners with two performers and a saxophonist, and 500-person galas with a built stage, LED wall, twelve-person cast, full bar programme and a fleet of cars staging arrivals. The structure is the same either way; only the size of the build changes.

- What is the difference between full production and event planning?
- Planning is the logistics and the vendors. Full production is that plus the show itself — the casting, the choreography, the staging and the cueing. If the night has moments that need to land on time, that is production.
- How big does an event need to be?
- There is no minimum guest count. We have produced intimate dinners for forty and galas for five hundred. What matters more is whether the night has a shape you want directed.
- Do you handle permits and insurance?
- Yes. We carry event insurance, and we handle venue certificates, fire permits for open-flame acts, and rigging sign-off for aerial work. Venues ask for these and we supply them without being chased.
