Arrival is the first thing guests experience and the easiest thing to get wrong. A fleet without arrival choreography produces a queue of idling cars and a bottleneck at the door. We plan the sequence — who arrives when, where cars stage, how the carpet clears between arrivals — and staff it.
The fleet covers Rolls-Royce Phantom, Cullinan and Ghost, Maybach sedan and SUV, Escalade and Escalade stretch, Sprinter vans, elite coaches for group movement, and classic cars for a specific look. Shuttle loops between hotel and venue are the practical workhorse for weddings and out-of-town galas.
Valet is booked alongside: licensed, insured attendants, a staging plan agreed with the venue, and enough staff that the last guest out is not waiting twenty-five minutes for a car.
