Mobile Bar & Cocktail Service
A full bar programme brought to your venue — menu design, licensed bartenders, glassware, ice, and a build that looks like part of the room.
The bar is where guests spend the most cumulative time at almost any event, and it is the thing most often under-planned. We design the menu around your night rather than pouring a generic list: two or three signature cocktails with a story, a zero-proof option that is not an afterthought, and classics executed properly.
Builds range from a clean back bar to a branded fabrication with your logo cut into the facade. Popular additions are a champagne tower, an espresso martini station for the back half of the night, a tequila and mezcal flight, and a sommelier-led wine pour for seated dinners.
Staffing runs about one bartender per fifty guests for cocktails, more if the menu is complex. We handle licensing, insurance, ice logistics and glassware, and we build the bar into the floor plan at the walkthrough so the queue does not end up crossing the dance floor.
Frequently asked
- How many bartenders do we need?
- Roughly one per fifty guests for a cocktail service, more if the menu is complex or the arrival window is compressed.
- Do you handle the alcohol licence?
- Yes. We are licensed and insured, and we supply the certificates your venue will ask for.
- Can the bar be branded?
- Yes — custom facades with a cut logo, branded glassware and printed menus. Fabrication wants about four weeks.
